Bare with me as there’s two events going on this weekend that I believe you should stop by and support if you can. The first one kicks off tomorrow and is the annual Hair Fair in support of ‘Wigs for Kids’. Money raised from the event will be donated to this very worth cause.

This year there is some fantastic male hair to take a look at, pick demo’s up and buy if you like them. I was like a kid in a sweetshop purchasing hair, and I know I’ve missed some stores so this is just a small selection that will be available from Saturday 4th September and will run till the 19th September.

While were on the subject of hair I just want to mention this new release from no.07, this one you can pick up now from his store. The hair uses the tattoo layers and its something I’ve been waiting for. Really great and well worth buying.

This fantastic new skin from Fallen Gods is part of a new set that comes in various colour themes. Skins like this I just adore, as it really does allow you to be something completely different from what you would normally wear or look like. Lots of choice if you head over to Fallen Gods and it was a difficult task just picking out this one skin, but I did buy another skin from another new set that I’ll show later on.

As soon as I saw this hat at Intrigue Co I just had to get it and they have some really cool and crazy hats there. The strawberry seats I’d had for quite some time, so with the hat and the seats it all pretty much came together.

I love these trainers from Akeyo. Originally picked them up at the Shoe Fair, but are available to buy in the store. You can either pick the colours you want from the hud or as I like to do select ‘disco mode’ and then watch the colours change on a random basis. You can select the frequency on which the shoes change colour by either speeding it up or slowing it down and even freezing it if there’s a selection you like. Great fun.

Two fantastic new items to share with you all.

The first is a new tattoo called ‘Let’s Fly’ from Hunain Bellic at Huz Tat’s. It’s a great looking tattoo. You will need the 2.1 viewer to use the tattoo as it comes with tinting options where you can pick any colour you want for the tattoo.

The second item is a necklace from Mandala and I just adore the jewellery from there. Lovely details and they just look gorgeous.

The Last Days of Summer

One of my favourite times of the year is that small gap between the fading sun of summer and autumn just peeking round the corner. There is something quite special and almost magical about it. The fading glimmer of summer slowly sinks, and there’s just a hint in the air of autumn approaching. Maybe some leaves on the trees have already started turning. Fields are ripe with corn ready to be gathered in for the harvest festivals. Growing up in the countryside it was a lot more noticeable, my great grandma would fill us with folktales as she stood in the kitchen baking. So for me it’s always a very special time and one I always look forward to.

It’s really no secret that I love the Ispachi Trey series of skins. When I first saw them on Berry’s blog I loved them and bought the entire pack. That was an impulsive buy, but its worked well and I love the skins. Did I say I loved them already? In one way or another they all get a little outing. And I adore the Ispachi Holmes boots with their colour changer, really nicely designed boots that pretty much work well with anything.

The tie in this outfit is from Bliensen and I bought all three packs and well worth buying. Each pack comes with multiple options of wearing the tie, either as a knot to be worn with the shirt, loose around your neck and some other options. And the tie itself you change the design by touching it. A great buy.

This awesome set comes from Lapointe & Bastchild. There are two versions that you can purchase, one comes with a complete skin and shape and the version I’m wearing below is the ‘Fallen Archangel Basic Armour Box Set’. Comes complete with all the armour, wings and two tattoo layers. The wings have a glow effect that you can adjust by either increasing the glow or by decreasing it. A really nice set. All the pieces come with a resize script, but I never needed them as it fitted straight away. Then of course you can wear which ever pieces you want without having to wear the full set.
