Fade to Grey

This has to be one of my new favourite outfit sets. Created by Siyu Suen and available at her store Illusions, the Corvus set is worth buying. The complete set for 800 lindens includes the wings, mask, and suit. The suit itself comes with lots of layers so you can wear it in different styles. The extra large cuffs I’m wearing you can pick up for 150 lindens at the same place, although the set does come with smaller variations. I think I’ll be wearing this for a long time to come.

I’ve been wanting to do something a long time with the Graves outfits I bought awhile ago. But the right ideas of how to show and wear them just weren’t coming together. Then over the weekend I was listening to Groove Armada’s ‘Black Light’ album and the idea just came together. In particular the song ‘I Won’t Kneel’ I played quite a lot on repeat.

Three years ago today I signed up and joined Second Life.  For all the friends I’ve made and the new people I’ve met it’s been an adventure that I’ve enjoyed every mintue off. There have been people that have encouraged and supported me through many ups and downs. I’m not going to list anyone, they know who they are, thank you to everyone.

Today is also a sad day. Greenies was one of the first sims I ever came across in Second Life and today will most probably be the last day you will ever get to see this brilliant place if you’ve never been before. Definitely worth seeing before it closes for good.
